About M.S.C.A. Steminist

We are Charu and Patricia, who established/founded  M.S.C.A. (Mindset, Soul, Curiosity and Advocate) Steminist movement, to bring attention to the current issues facing women and minorities in science (STEM) and the possible solutions. We are passionate about addressing the gender gap in the scientific community. The Women in Science Event is an effort in that direction, enabling young women to interact with women scientists who have already established themselves in the field. We firmly believe that providing confidence, guidance, and avenues for networking will contribute to the growth and success of women in science. To raise awareness, we co-organise and collaborate with various advocates and speakers on the given topic, as well as companies, institutions and foundations. The movement and organisation of the events is entirely on the basis of volunteer work.
